“ Mane, this used to be our Saturday spot in Athens until the pandemic hit and it closed. So we found a new restaurant immediately off I75 in East Ridge traveling from Nashville. Again, this is some of the best fried chicken you can buy, outside of Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room in Savanah or Blue Ribbon in Vegas. It is cooked to order so be prepared to wait 30 minutes while sipping on a 40oz (yes), chicken and fowls, and watching a game. But it is absolutely well worth the wait... at this spot, the staff was cool, the facility was absolutely amazing, restrooms were clean, TVs on sports, and full of locals enjoying beer and friend chicken. I also had their smoked wings... they were good but not great, more smoke taste than chicken. But some folks may like it insanely smoked. With that, this is the best fried chicken in the area and I hate that we had to drive 2 1/2 hours for the taste. If you are local, we highly recommend. “ I was passing through on my way up north and somebody recommended this place and it was fantastic! The spicy chicken sandwich and the fries were excellent and the bartender named Trula was very nice and friendly! They also serve 40 oz beers which hit the spot! It very well may been the best chicken sandwich that I ever had. Highly recommend! ”

“ Some of the best fried chicken I have ever had. Suggested by one of the contractors. That the skin was so crispy and delicious, perfect flavoring. The meat was juicy and very, very delicious. I would not skip this place even the sides. We're amazing like the beings and the coleslaw, which had a different taste to it, but I still enjoyed it. The music was enjoyable and everyone.There seemed to be having a good time. I really like the atmosphere of this restaurant, and our waitress was phenomenal. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant and the future. ”
